When will my candle ship?

Candles are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped from Florida. Once your order leaves our studio, standard US delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Patience, little witch — good things are worth the wait.

How do I receive my planner download?

Digital planners and trackers are instant downloads — nothing ships. Right after checkout you'll receive an email with your download link, so you can start planning your rituals immediately.

Are digital items refundable?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered — unless the file is defective. If something's wrong with your file, we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.

Are the candles safe to burn indoors?

Yes — when treated with respect. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface, keep the wick trimmed, and never leave a lit candle unattended. Conjure responsibly.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take longer and can be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
